1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) from the time of placing the order.

 After 1 day, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the dispatch process will already be initiated.

2. Delivery Timeline

Minimum Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (depending on location).

Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 7 business days (1 week).

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation delays, weather conditions, or government regulations.

 3. Return & Refund Policy

No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded.

Customers are requested to check order details carefully before confirming their purchase.

4. Product Quality Assurance

Raj AgroGreen ensures that all products are packed fresh, hygienic, and in export-ready quality.

Customers are encouraged to verify the packaging upon delivery.
